Donkey Mails is PTC (paid to click) website that has been online since 2005. Even thought it has kind of a retro interface, it is very much alive and has a huge following.

Working is really manageable, it is not time-consuming and the best part is that you can decide how much time you want to spend on it!
Tasks are pretty easy and for most of them, it takes only 2-3 minutes to finish. Payment per task is surprisingly good, and it ranges from $0.1 all the way to 10$, depending on what you are doing.

There are a lot of websites that pay you for taking surveys. Many of those websites are good but only focus on the US, UK, and a few other countries, while users from other locations rarely get any surveys.
If you google search "best-paying survey website" you'll find ClixSense, Inboxdollars, Swagbucks, etc. They are all great websites, but they rarely have surveys for tier 2 and 3 countries.
Marketagent, on the other hand, is a survey platform that has been running since 2001 and has many partners in nearly all countries. This means that they will have many surveys available for the majority of its users. Take my example, I'm from Serbia and there are surveys available once in a few days.
Payment per survey is really good, most of the times it is 0.5-1 euro per survey. They actually pay you in points (100 points = 1 euro) which you can later exchange for money. For withdrawal, they offer two methods: PayPal and Skrill. Minimum for withdrawal for both of these methods is only 2 euros or 200 points.
Payment is really fast, and usually, it will be sent a few hours after requesting it. This is really great since the problem with many of the online earning websites is slow payment process.

Picoworkers has become really slow with their payments and many of the users, including me, have been waiting for a few months for payments. As this is really long waiting time, many of the users have abandoned this platform.
A few months ago they added a new feature in withdrawals section, that allows you to see how much payment requests are on pending. Currently, they are keeping requests at 350, which means that they are slowly paying out some of the users while new payment requests are coming.
Many of the earning websites claim that picoworkers has turned into a scam, I wouldn't agree with that because every few days there are new payments that are being processed. Here is a last payment that i got from them, i have been waiting for it for 2.5 months.
As you can see from the picture payment went through on the 14th of April, since then i didn't place new payment request but i am working on it.
From my point of view, there is still a chance that they'll improve their payment system and bring payment regularity to normal.

Picoworkers is still paying 2019

Picoworkers was a really great website and a good alternative for mTurk and Microworkers. Since the beginning, they had certain issues with paying their workers. There was always a small delay in payments, but it would eventually get resolved and the payments would continue to be regular.
Throughout the last year, they gained a great reputation and their ratings were getting better and better. With more visits, they gained more workers but even more employers since their costs for mini-jobs were a lot cheaper than on other websites. It was going so well for this website that they even employed new members to work for them.
Even with all this great news, their payment process was slower and slower. Instead of 15 days, many of the workers now waited for 30 days or more and that was a big issue. Even with that delay, workers were being paid. As time went by, the waiting time became longer and longer.
Today many of the workers wait for 2 months or even more for their payments. Their support won't answer the questions regarding payments and on their facebook page, there are no new pieces of information.
I personally have been waiting for my payment for more than 2 months now, and on the withdrawal page, you can see that there are over 300 pending payments.
